DESCRIPTION

The recently completed investment at Kościuszki Street consists of two over 100-year-old tenement houses transformed into a luxury apartment building. Duo Residence was designed in accordance with the Bauhaus idea. The facade facing the Vistula River is an elegant and precisely balanced form, broadly understood simplicity and minimalism. Glazing emphasizing the space with clearly defined functions with plenty of light and a view of the Vistula River. In turn, the facade facing Kościuszki Street is a return to the classic space that fits into the urban fabric of Salwator. The project assumes the preservation of historical remains, while creating a new space.

The apartment with an area of ​​58 m2 is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a hall. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, with parquet floors, underfloor heating and a video intercom.
